the location is really convenient next to the train station. friendly staff were helpful during check-in. the room had working air conditioning, much appreciated. i found the premises safe, as there were staff at the front desk at all times.
The electronic key needed resetting. It did not work well initially.

the location proved convenient. i stepped off the train, crossed the street, and i was at the hotel. i found the room basic, yet it provided all necessities for a one night stay prior to catching a bus the next morning. breakfast included many options and it was pretty decent.
the staff was not helpful regarding parking. when i inquired about it, i was directed to ask at the train station. the train station staff then advised me to ask at the hotel. it was frustrating. i finally found a public car park nearby, but hotel staff didn't mentioned it.

the hotel's proximity to the main rail station offered considerable convenience. it's important to exit the station via the side entrance though, this is signposted to place narvik. the metro station was a short five minute walk.

The room had new curtains of a blockout dark grey color. These filled the window opening completely. i appreciated the quiet terrace outside. It made a big difference that the atmosphere was calm during the night. it had comfortable bed and friendly people at the desk reception

the location was very convenient near the train station. staff were nice. it was quiet despite the central location. the room was clean and well maintained.
My room was very small, barely enough room for one suitcase. the bathroom was also quite small. drains did not work well. Both the sink and shower were clogged.
